LEADERSHIP and Career COACHING
I provide coaching for individuals in non-profit organizations and higher education who are seeking to grow in their leadership, pursue excellence in their work, or tackle particular challenges. I also work with those who are exploring career options, designing career pathways, or seeking new positions. I am a graduate of the Georgetown University Center for Transformational Leadership program in leadership coaching (2018) and, since 2015, have served as a Faculty Fellow for the HERS Leadership Institute, providing leadership development for women in higher education. I have worked with a number of small professional and affinity groups to provide mutually supportive and collaborative relationships, whether within an organization or with individuals across institutions or organizations. I have developed a number of resources and workshops designed to build self-awareness, new perspectives, and action strategies.
